Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
In short: CallPilot plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep your service until the end of the period you already paid for. Paid fees are generally non-refundable, but we will always correct a billing error on our side.
1. How billing works
CallPilot is sold as a monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you pay for the upcoming month in advance, and your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price and the included call minutes for each plan are shown on our pricing page before you pay.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your service ends on that date. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
3. Refunds
Because each billing period is paid in advance and the service is made available to you immediately, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by Philippine law or where one of the situations below applies.
4. When we do issue a refund
We will refund you in these cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge — you were billed more than once for the same period, or charged an amount that does not match the plan you selected.
- Charge after cancellation — you were billed for a period that began after you cancelled.
- Unauthorized charge — a payment was made without your authorization, once verified.
- Extended service failure — a fault on our side made CallPilot substantially unusable for a prolonged period and we were unable to resolve it.
Outside of these cases we may still offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion. If you think something went wrong with a charge, contact us — we would rather hear from you and sort it out.
5. Unused call minutes
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes. Unused minutes do not carry over to the following month and have no cash value, so they are not refundable. Changing or cancelling your plan does not convert unused minutes into a refund.
6. Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. An upgrade takes effect right away so you get the larger allowance immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the plan you already paid for until then. Plan changes are not, by themselves, refunds.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@augmentasolutionsinc.com from the email address on your account, and include the date and amount of the charge and a short description of the problem.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically appear within 30 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it. If it keeps failing, your subscription moves to an unpaid state and outbound calling is paused until payment succeeds. You are not charged for a period we could not collect.
